Refund Policy

All products / services we offer are digital in nature. We do NOT offer any physical product.

All Photo Shipment sales are final; we are unable to offer refunds or returns or money back for any of our services for any reason. This is because you will get the photo / image download link(s) by email as soon as you finish the payment and thus once we will deliver the product / service we do not have any control to get back it. If you find an item defective or damaged during download, we allow exchanges for the same item only. We shall send the photo(s) / image(s) to you by email. To report a damaged or defective item, please send a request to support@photoshipment.com and provide:

  1. Name
  2. Email used in purchase
  3. Order Number
  4. Proof of the damage
  5. Brief description of the problem

If we are unable to send you the correct file(s) of the defective or damaged photo(s) / image(s) that you purchased, within 10 (ten) business days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

We encourage you to notify us immediately if you are dissatisfied for any reason with our service at any time. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction and will attempt at our best ability to remedy the situation to your satisfaction.

Cash is never issued as a refund.

There is no exception of refund. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.

Since it is digital product so we do not entertain any refund / money back request from our clients. Hope you will understand it.

By making a purchase with Photo Shipment, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.

Photo Shipment reserves the right to modify its Refund Policy at any time without notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on this page. Your continued use of this website will be deemed conclusive acceptance of such modification.
